About the Role:- Job Title: Cover Supervisor

The ideal candidate will:- Hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree (Physical Education preferred)
- Have experience working with children, whether in a classroom or coaching environment
- Be confident leading whole-class sessions and adapting to different subjects
- Set a positive example and follow school behaviour policies
- Be motivated to progress into teacher training in the future
Key Responsibilities:- Supervising and leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a focused learning environment
- Delivering lesson plans provided by teaching staff
- Acting as a positive role model for students
